Bio by Ron Lindeboom @ Creativecow.net

Jayse is currently not sleeping.
He is in Las Vegas working freelance, designing show intros, segments, bumpers, special effects, web pages and print work.
He started out with a Bell and Howell Super-8 camera when he was nine but thrashed it because he couldn't afford $18 for three minutes of silent film. He moved to fine-art still photography, then added print design and web design before returning, recently, to his love of motion graphics and effects.
He combines AfterEffects and Combustion with Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop and whatever else will get the job done quickly and efficiently.
Jayse's work is known internationally with clients in Europe, South Africa and Canada. His motion demo work with Master FX earned him the 2001 Aurora Platinum Award for "Best in Show". Some of his Flash work is soon to be published in an upcoming book by Flashkit, and he is currently co-authoring/designing a visually intense guide to backpacking through Europe called "Miles From Nowhere".
In addition, he is the co-creator/designer of a self-defense video series for students that is beginning to attract media attention nationwide. Look for it on Montel Williams.
His latest achievement is completing a half hour instructional video series called
After
Effects 5/5.5 Essentials which has opened with great reviews.
When not designing, Jayse has quite the social life. His friendly gatherings, such as his 'PhreakyPhotoNite' on the Vegas Strip, have grown so big that the BBC asked to film it for their upcoming 'Vegas Club and Rave Scene' documentary hosted by Paul Van Dyk.
At other times, you can usually find Jayse jumping from high places, such as the bridges in South Africa, or driving to Taco Bell with his girlfriend Porsha for his favorite nachos and a large Mountain Dew...
